Haven't received a confirmation email?

Check your account setting, next your spamfolder and then the status in your completed overview for errors.

Sometimes a signing request may be completed successfully, but you haven't received the confirmation email with the signed documents yet. This can have several causes:

Check your spamfolder

Our emails can sometimes end up in your spam filter, so make sure to check there too. Not in spam either? Sometimes it can simply take a little while for the email to arrive.

If the email isn't in your spam folder but the request has been completed, you can download the document directly from Stiply. Just go to your completed sign requests and click the download icon on the relevant request.

A change has been made to your settings

Depending on your account settings, signed documents may be sent to the account email address instead. In that case, you as the user and owner of the sign request won't receive a personal confirmation by email. This can be changed by the administrator of the account.

Something went wrong while completing the request

In some cases, certain properties of the original document can prevent a request from being completed successfully. If this happens, you'll see a notification or error code next to the request in your completed sign requests overview.

Although our team identifies and blocks as many potential causes as possible in advance, issues can still occur. If that's the case, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help you out!
