I haven't received an invoice
Sometimes it takes a bit longer to process the payments, however if it takes too long don't hesitate to contact us.
Were you expecting an invoice but haven't received anything yet? Don't worry, this is usually easy to sort out! Work through the steps below to find out what's going on.
Check your spam folder
The invoice may have accidentally ended up in your spam or junk mail folder. Have a quick look there to see if it landed there instead of your inbox.
Check whether your payment was processed
In some cases, an invoice is only sent after a payment has been successfully processed. If the payment failed, it's possible that no invoice has been generated yet, in that case you'll have received a notification letting you know the payment was unsuccessful.
If the payment did go through but you still haven't received an invoice, check when the payment was processed. If it's been more than a week since the payment was completed, you should definitely have received your invoice by now.
