The app is running slowly or not loading correctly
Not the experience you were hoping for! There are a few things you can try to get things running smoothly again
Refresh the page or try a different browser
Sometimes a simple refresh is all it takes. If that doesn't do the trick, try opening Stiply in a different browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari) to rule out any browser-specific issues.
Clear your browser cache
Your browser stores temporary data that can sometimes cause issues. Clearing your cache and cookies can help. You can usually find this option in your browser settings under Privacy or History.
Check your internet connection
Make sure your internet connection is stable. A slow or interrupted connection can affect how Stiply loads and performs.
Disable browser extensions
Some browser extensions, such as ad blockers or privacy tools, can interfere with how Stiply works. Try disabling them temporarily and see if that makes a difference. Opening Stiply in an incognito window is a quick way to test this, as most extensions are disabled there by default.
