What are my options if I've reached my document limit this period?

Once you've reached your monthly limit, you'll have to determine whether it's a one time occurance or if it will happen more frequently.

 

Monthly document credits in your Stiply subscription

Your Stiply subscription includes a fixed number of documents that you can send each month. If you reach this limit, you will no longer be able to send new documents until your credits are renewed, unless you upgrade your subscription or purchase a one-time document bundle.

Where can you see when your credits renew?

Your credits are reset every month on the date your subscription started.

For example, if you started your subscription on the 15th of the month, your document credits will be renewed on the 15th of every month.

You can check this by clicking on your account name. A menu will appear where you can see your renewal date. Here you can also see how many documents you can still send.

Adding a one-time document bundle

If you temporarily need to send more documents than your subscription allows, you can purchase a bundle with additional documents. This bundle is valid until the end of your current billing period.

You can purchase the bundle via the pop-up notification in your account when you are running low on credits or have almost reached your limit.

Upgrading your subscription

If you expect to regularly reach your current document limit, we recommend upgrading your subscription to a higher plan.

When you upgrade your subscription, the additional document credits become available immediately, allowing you to continue sending signature requests without interruption.

What happens when my credits run out?

You will not be able to send new documents until your monthly credits are renewed, unless you purchase an additional document bundle or upgrade your subscription.

What counts as a used credit?

Each document you send for signature counts as one credit from your allowance.

  • A signature request with multiple signers still counts as one credit.

     

  • If your request contains multiple documents that need to be signed, each document counts as one credit.

Can I carry over unused documents to the next month?

No. Any unused document credits expire at the end of your monthly billing period.
